Contest with Cake Crumbs and The Denver Cupcake Truck

Fan - Clementine has been working very hard over the last few months and decided to take a little break!! We are hitting the road again on TUESDAY - we can't wait to see our FANS and serve some awesome cupcakes!! Life in the Denver Cupcake Truck

Things have been pretty busy here on the truck and in our bakery recently. Today we were at Civic Center Park for Civic Center EATS - we had a blast! We sold out by 2pm! As of right now this event will end at the end of August, but we are currently trying to get it extended through September - we'll see what might happen!

So what's happening over the next few days? Tomorrow we are at a market on 15th and California @ Tiri's Garden along with several other Food Trucks - so if you are in the neighborhood come by for LUNCH!!! This market runs from 11-2pm although Clementine won't be there until about 12 noon. The rest of the week we will be all over the city with many other stops planned!

As for this weekend we have a NEW Event that we have helped put together called the "Justice League of Street Food". We have put together our first party and is scheduled for August 21st. Location....well that will be anounced later. We will have a hugh gathering of food trucks, games, music, films, beer and wine. Why should you go? It's going to be an AWESOME time to share with friends. The party starts at 6pm, so be ready for some food, fun and a happy times!

Cupcake Down

Things can get a little heated on the truck, apparently a Zippy Lemon wanted to rule so the Zippy Lemon threw the head Vanilla Party cupcake overboard. When the Cupcake Guy arrived on the scene, there was nothing he could do. This did mark a sad day on the truck...but life goes on in the world of cupcake truck driving.

Final Month at Civic Center Eats

A big "THANK YOU" goes out to all our friends from the Civic Center Conservancy. This summer has been a great time for street food and for the reveal of The Denver Cupcake Truck. We couldn't be more thankful for events like Civic Center Eats to help us spread the word about our great cupcakes and concept. We've had a great time downtown and look forward to Civic Center Eats 2011.
