Stops for April 30th, 2010

The last day of the month and what a month it's been. I am lovin' my job as the Cupcake Guy. There's nothin' better than making people smile and serving up one of my favorite treats. I love cupcakes.

I can't tell you the many times I've ended my day thinking about the great people I met and talked with, what a great city to be roaming about.

Thanks for all your love Denver!

Tomorrow, I am slated to be in the Highlands neighborhood thanks to several FB requests, I will also be making a quick stop near 17th and California for a special Birthday Girl and a longer stop near 6th and Washington.

Can't wait to see you and hey it's going to be FRIDAY!! Yay!

Today is Dining Out for Life to support Project Angel Heart, 25% of sales goes to the cause.

My first stop will be at 4321 Broadway to one of our favorite FB fans offices, Dev Adams.

Second stop will be to 18th and Grant Street, hope to see you there.

We have a very delish FOD.

We will also stop by Project Angel Heart today in honor of the day, I will FB and tweet my arrival. They are located at 4190 Garfield Street, Denver.

Truck Stops for Thursday, April 29th 2010

So...if you've been watching the truck on Facebook @the denver cupcake truck, you've probably noticed many stop requests. I like to entertain those when I can. Tomorrow will be a day I entertain one of our loyal FB fans before or after my main stop for the day. On the list I plan to be near 18th and Grant Street, thanks to many requests. I will also be near Project Angel Heart headquarters to show our support for the Dining Out For Life event that we are participating in tomorrow and our final stop sometime during the day will be at 4321 Broadway to answer the request of a very loyal fan. Not sure what order those will go in as weather may be a factor tomorrow.

I do have a little surprise for tomorrow as well, not sharing it, you'll have to visit me to see what it is.

For those of you that can't make it to the truck tomorrow during the day, I will be at a delight.com event tomorrow night from 6pm - 9pm or until I sell out. Back by popular demand, we will be parking at a lot near DU campus at Asbury and Race. Yes, DU students have demanded. They've burned up our phone lines and in boxes. We were offered a special parking spot thanks to a great fan. We'll see you around campus.

Who knows what the Mystery Flavor is? I don't think this flavor has been guessed yet...I'm crazy about it and think many of you will be too.

Alright, my bad...I forgot to mention on the blog this morning that we were parking in Capitol Hill today. My apologies for all of you following the blog. If I fail to mention my location, please look us up on Facebook @the denver cupcake truck or on Twitter @ cake crumbs truck.

So...for Wednesday, April 21st we will be at DU or near DU. This is a stop request made by a handful of followers and fans. I hope to see you all out there tomorrow.

The Denver Cupcake Truck breaks for Sunday and Monday

Wow! What a great first week out on the streets. I had such a fun time meeting new people and seeing old faces too. First of all thanks to all my fans and followers, you made The Denver Cupcake Trucks first week a huge success. We gained many new followers and sold more cupcakes than we expected.

What was your favorite flavor? I heard rave reviews this week. Looking for more mystery flavor suggestions too. Congratulations to all of you for the correct mystery guesses, hope the t-shirts fit.

I have plenty more prizes to give away next week, keep guessing the mystery flavors.

So...day of rest and them some. The Denver Cupcake Truck will not be making regular stops on Sunday's and Monday's, however we will always book a private party or attend a public event you would like to see the truck at.

Stay tuned and I will share with you my first stop on Tuesday morning. Who wants to guess the mystery flavor for Tuesday?

Soccer Day

Today we are off to Crestmore Park to watch some Soccer 9am - 11am, Hope to see you there. Then we are off to a private party - it's going to be a FUN Day!!!

WOW! Today we were able to put a lot of smiles on a lot of faces. We were able to take the stress of of the gloom of April 15th. Three lucky customers won the limited edition tee shirts for making it to the truck in a timely manner!! They were happy!! Friday's are always busy for the cupcake guy - I have several private events in the morning - then we will be heading to East High School to treat some hard working students. Look out East!!!
